By accessing or using TncQuiz ("the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use TncQuiz.

TncQuiz is an AI-powered quiz generation platform developed by Trynocode. The Platform allows users to: • Upload documents (PDFs, Word files, Excel spreadsheets, and images) • Generate quizzes automatically from uploaded content using artificial intelligence • Share quizzes with others via unique links • Track quiz performance and analytics The Platform is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain the security of your account • Promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate • Not share your account credentials with third parties • Not create more than one account for the same purpose • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

TncQuiz uses artificial intelligence to generate quiz questions from user-supplied documents. You acknowledge and agree that: • AI-generated quiz content may not always be 100% accurate or comprehensive • The Platform does not guarantee the correctness or completeness of any AI-generated quiz • You remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated content before distributing it • Trynocode is not liable for errors in AI-generated questions or answers • Generated quizzes are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind Users should treat AI-generated quizzes as a starting point and apply their own judgment.

5.1 Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant Trynocode a limited, non-exclusive license to process your files solely for the purpose of generating quizzes. 5.2 Platform Content: The TncQuiz platform, including its design, code, branding, and features, is the intellectual property of Trynocode. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent. 5.3 Generated Quizzes: AI-generated quizzes created from your documents are made available to you for personal, educational, or internal business use.

You agree NOT to use the Platform to: • Upload documents that violate copyright or third-party intellectual property rights • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform • Share quizzes containing defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content • Use the Platform for commercial resale without prior written permission • Scrape, spider, or data-mine the Platform in any automated fashion • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

Free accounts are subject to document upload limits as defined in the Platform's settings. These limits may change at any time. Users are responsible for managing their uploaded content within the allocated quota. Uploaded files may be stored for a limited period. Trynocode does not guarantee permanent storage of uploaded documents or generated quizzes.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using TncQuiz, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. We use your email address solely for account authentication (OTP delivery), quiz sharing, and essential service communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Trynocode does not warrant that: • The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free • Results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable • Any defects in the Platform will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRYNOCODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months (or INR 500 if you have not paid anything).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
